At Elios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Elios packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
